literally best benefits ive seen plenty of PTO great community and progression throughout the company company truck that you are able to use on the personal side as well ( field positions only)

-larger engineer meaning the pay can be hard to achieve at times -management will sometimes favor employees that have personal connections and/or meaningless college degrees -some of the project managers are very unprofessional/rude towards clients

-Great Benefits such as fully paid healthcare premiums and half day Fridays. -Great opportunities to work on some interesting projects.

-No performance reviews -At will employment -Some businesses groups need established standards for drafting and specific training for that business group. -Hard to get approval to work from home. -Upon hiring, expectations for performance were not established.
