With being the least flexible in the team I was often given the worst shifts e.g. 3-8, however, this may happen in many places of work. Was told conflicting information when I left with regard to passing my probation period and how long I had to give as notice, ended up not giving enough as I was told I hadn't passed probation period and therefore they took my last month commission from me, even though it was not my fault.
