Great company to work for with Owners who actually care about their employees

In a up and coming industry

Lots of promises made to make our products and work environment safer however help never came. There was never a plan or guidance, rules didnt apply to higher ups, and employees were blamed anything that went wrong. Friends and family had high positions with extra perks but contributed very little to the business. The vision they paint are far beyond their ability to achieve them especially with the current management team.
