- Fantastic social mission - there aren't many companies that are more fundamentally orientated to such a socially impactful objective. Every time a sale is made more pupils are benefitting from personalised support from Maths specialists, which has every chance of transforming their lives. - High levels of ownership - from the CEO down, the company culture of high responsibility and ownership makes for a great place to work. Over the (near) 4 years I've worked at Third Space, I've been given significant responsibility, far beyond any other organisation I've worked at, or would expect to have at a larger / corporate environment. - Deep friendships. There is nothing like the feeling of building a business together to mean that you grow deep relationships with the people you work with. I've made some brilliant friendships at Third Space. The informal culture, the time many of the team spend together outside of work and the positive attitude of senior management mean that relationships across the company are strong.
