Worst company ever - Account Manager Third Coast Logistics Employee Review

Working at Third Coast Logistics was a true blessing! Professional family, yes, flexible, family oriented outside of office, thriving and so much more. There is an old review on here from a former employee that did not even work at Third Coast barely 9 months tops, no kids, new to industry, etc. Unfortunate review for sure. Response to that review was pointed at the wrong former employee and validating the positive felt important which is reason behind this positive review for Third Coast. This place is everything one could hope for from an employer and more. Definitely not a place one would trade their work experience with for anything no matter the final outcome.

Really none even to this day.

The awful reviews left in 2023, were some disgruntled terminated employees. Of course, they didn’t mention their flexible schedules to take their kids to school after 8AM, extracurricular activities etc. Numerous employees, including the owners, covered for that individual in their absences. Everyone here has at least two weeks’ vacation and sick days. The owners invest in the employees to include coaching, mentoring, training, and not to mention great pay. They often do monthly competitions with awesome prizes, and breakfast tacos every Friday. I have not worked anywhere that treats their employees better. Management knows everyone here, their interests, and cares about them succeeding in life as well as here at the office. What the haters have said is simply not true and is a pathetic attempt to sway folks away from TCL. We have tenured employees and have weeded out the toxic ones. The culture here is unmatched. Management has an open-door policy and is available 24/7.

Anything negative to say is directed at the logistics industry itself which can be stressful at times.
