Pros
It is really hard to come up with pros for this company. They sometimes buy you lunch, but you will give up your entire lunch, you will get in trouble for taking breaks, and you have to stay after hours to make up for this "kind" gesture.
Cons
Honestly, there are too many to list. If you are looking for a good company culture, managers who trust you, good pay, commission, flexible working locations (even in an emergency), growth opportunities, and a structured company, then Third Coast is NOT for you. Do not take what the CEO posts on LinkedIn to heart. He does the exact opposite in the office and wonders why over 15 people have willingly left in the past two years. They will fire you if you don't show up to the office, even if it's a medical emergency or a situation out of your hands. The company lacks structured goals, evaluations, or even 1:1 meetings. The CEO will gossip about another employee right to your face.
