Regarding management, it is true that we often have first time managers , as we take pride in promoting from within. Many, if not all, have firsthand experience in the entry-level roles you mentioned before stepping into a management position. Each new Manager participates in a comprehensive training programme, which continues as they grow into their roles. We recognise that leadership development takes time, and we remain committed to continuously reviewing and enhancing our training and resources to ensure all employees feel fully supported.
