Terrible hours, mediocre pay/benefits, big company with a startup structure and not in a good way. Very lean corporate structure, there’s really only one job to be done (scheduling consultations for end clients), so there’s not really a ladder to climb. On the plus side, this means that once people achieve project management status they basically just send emails all day, which is relatively easy. Hours are awful, 9-6 to start moving up and you’re expected to be on call until midnight with a 10 minute response time after your first promotion. In a macro sense, these are “knowledge brokers” without proprietary rights to the information they peddle. A third tier middleman company with a mindset to boot. They also pay less than direct competitors as evident from LinkedIn. I actively warn my friends who ask about opportunities away from this company.
