      Pros

      Really there are no pros working with them.

      Cons

      They like to claim the company good mood (table soccer, and office-party). Not to mention when an employee get a certification. They like to have a good image on social network, but this is the classic body-rental company. They hire you only if their customers need more resources. When they don't need you anymore, will start troubles: letters of warning, mobbing and so on. Pure scam.

      So sorry to read such a bad review. Especially because we are putting so much effort on making our people happy and proud to work with us. In just one year we enlarged our corporate staff with a Marketing & Communication Unit and more than 10 recruiters who are joining their force to make our candidates and employees experience the best they could ever imagine.

      Pros

      Many people with high skill in a lot of technologies. If you cannot grow in here, you would not be able to grow anywhere else. I came as a java Dev and I learnt other languages, DevOps basics and a lot of networking stuff. I get out as a Solution Architect. They spent a lot of time in training, they give me the chance to fail and try again. Now we started a spin-off startup focusing on infrastructure management, a new exciting adventure to dive into!

      The work area is open-space style, but sometimes it gets to much noisy...
