Good, honest, super talented people who really do care about the product, our clients, and each other. I’ve never worked with a better group of people in a better environment. For a long while, ThinkTank had an anxiety inducing culture driven by a CEO who changed the company’s direction on a whim like a mad man. Since September, when the CEO was replaced, I can honestly say that I’ve never worked in at a better company with such wonderful people. I’m thankful I stuck it out through the transition. Current leadership is experienced in leading and growing a company while also being down to earth, real people. There are no pedestals here. We are all a team and all have our roles - none better than the others. They care for their employees and take good care of the business, clients, and our new product, which is now modern and world class. I’m really happy to go to work every day, and my coworkers have become good friends.
Cons
The con left the company early in September, 2017. It was rocky for a little while after that, but now the environment, direction, and product and really great!
