Pros
If only all companies were run like this one. Here are just a few pros:
1- Human-centered, thoughtful, and compassionate leaders
2- A true "remote first" culture that also provides lots of opportunities to interact with colleagues online and in-person (but only if you want to)
3- Challenging work combined with both the freedom to figure things out on your own and the support you need when you can't
4- Lots of opportunities for upskilling and learning
5- The people are the best. This is a diverse workforce where all people are valued.
I could go on but you get the picture.
Cons
This isn't really a con, it's more like a warning: You better know your stuff if you work here because (again) the work is challenging and you'll be thrown right into mix with the expectation that you'll swim, not sink. There's lots of support but if you aren't a go-getter who wants to work hard this is probably not the best place for you.
