Pros
Growing company with potential. Co-workers were great to collaborate with and everyone was very friendly. On opening day for certain Marvel superhero movies, the company would close early, buy us lunch (sometimes), and pay for our tickets to see it.
Cons
Didn't make as much as I expected for an agency setting. Sometimes the set deadlines for new work were unreasonable due to current workloads and staffing. Things started to look up but received a better offer from another company that I couldn't turn down.
