Pros

TheyDo fosters a culture of genuine kindness and mutual respect. Despite being fully remote, the level of collaboration is exceptional—teams are highly connected and communication is seamless. The company provides every tool and resource you could possibly need to be successful, and innovation is not just encouraged, it’s embedded in the day-to-day. Support is everywhere, whether it's from leadership, peers, or processes.

Cons

As with many startups, some things are being built in real time—like resource hubs or updated collateral. It’s part of the journey and to be expected in a fast-moving environment.

Pros

- Warm and welcoming folks all around. - One of the best remote work environments. - Good product.

Cons

- In a very competitive space, differentiating against the bigger providers is tough. - Not the most diverse place yet, there is gender diversity but very people of color, I see that changing. - Income potential is limited, even though the quotas are somewhat reasonable, they could be a bit lower given the product suite and global market conditions.
