-The company grew way too fast based on the promise of a separate contract for a sister company, Thesys CAT LLC. Instead of maintaining status quo, C-Level management decided to grow the company by nearly double (while not generating new revenue). Thesys Technologies began to rely on money from sister company. Sister company went up in flames and lost contract. This forced the entire company to close and everyone lost their jobs except for a NYC contingent.
