Pros
Referrals available. The clinic is new. Admin works hard. Materials stipend provided. Christmas (taxed) bonuses.
Cons
Poor work-life balance. CEO is too busy to talk. CEO does not try to connect with employees/plan events. So much re/scheduling in the field. Not sure if the company is headed in the right direction ethically. Low wages. Quota is high. The health insurance is a bust. No sign on bonuses.
