Pros
Paid meetings Flexibility in schedule
Cons
Therapy matters can not retain good therapists. Their pay at 35 an hour is significantly lower to other agencies, which offer upwards of 50 or more an hour. TMI is on a tier system - if you drive father away you get 2 dollars more an hour. It’s not worth it. They also don’t offer a gas stipend. The scheduling team and HR rep wouldn’t respond to emails. I had clients whose parents were unresponsive for months and they wouldn’t release their hours or take them off my schedule. They have a very relaxed attendance policy, I would have sometimes up to ten cancellations a week, which made for a very unsteady paycheck. At times I offered to work Saturdays and Sundays to be able to pay my bills. They were more focused on expanding the company then retaining therapists. The system they use for progress reports took almost an hour to do one quarterly report.
