WORKING AT THERAPY INNOVATIONS IN FAYETTEVILLE/ANGIER/RALEIGH - Pediatric Therapist Therapy Innovations Employee Review

This company hired several people in 2016 who were not licensed. They convinced them it was okay and they had them both make home visits portraying themselves as fully licensed professionals. This is illegal. They routinely suppress client progress and keep levels artificially low. This is also illegal. They broke the law. They also do not check references or back grounds. There are no background checks ever done. They do jot have the educated infrastructure or cash flow as a business to pay you. It's a pyramid scheme with many 4 to 5 new therapists starting and leaving also like a revolving door. They are breaking the law in that they drive you out through false statements and creating fear and then they keep your last paycheck or last 2 paychecks. The owner takes most of the business for herself and is also very greedy. They plain do not make sense . I worked in the evening and was promised so many things that never materialized like day time hours.

Breaking the law. Hiring people who are not licensed and lying about their status to families. Misleading daycare that therapists are background checked. Nor fully vetting staff. Lying about staffs experience. So 16 to 18 therapists have left since I came. Also...possible Medicaid fraud going on here. This business is maintained by new therapists being paid a training rate, and half the staff is pressured out each quarter- then that one half of the staff is not paid. So missing salary and late or underpaid salaries is how this near bankrupt business makes it. Please save your credentials and do not work for this business.
