This approach helps boost morale, encourage innovation, and improve decision-making across the board. The company offers flexibility with remote vs in-office work, as long as its feasible and reasonable to maintain the efficacy and productivity of the company.

Due to the nature of the industry and to meet our clients' needs, there is some drive time for our clinicians, and session cancellations are unavoidable. But fortunately, the company do have plans and protocols in place to minimize the financial burden to our staff, like scheduling make-up or sub sessions to cover loss sessions and/or provide appropriate compensation for last minute cancellations, etc. Coming from a tech industry, the company offers and respects the work/life balance for their employees.

Working at TLC has been a great experience because of the owners, Rachel and Wajma. They are easy to talk to with an open-door policy. They are empathetic, caring, and flexible, emphasizing work-life balance. The team I work with is collaborative and has a like-minded approach to tackling certain issues typical companies have. An overall amazing experience with this company.

With any ABA company, there are cons; however, in my opinion, it is staff turnover.
