The pay is fair for job functions performed.
Cons
When your director is friends and/or went to school with many members of leadership, cliques quickly form and diversity is out the window. There's value in diversity and different experiences and that wasn't appreciated. Leadership needs to understand the basics of their associate's job functions before trying to implement change. That was not occurring. Clients and team members ultimately paid the price for poor leadership decisions.
