      Discount was the best in addition to being able to build a visual portfolio.

      Horrible upper management. Unwillingness to listen. Quick to terminate. Unorganized.

      Theory was an exceptional company to work for! Strong leadership team & great product.

      There were a lot of marketing opportunities to better support the stores.

      Pros

      Clients are usually lovely and have a strong passion for the brand.

      Cons

      Corporate teams seem to have a lot of different initiatives all the time all at once and things can get chaotic because of it. They also pull the sale lever too quickly and too frequently
