Pros
You learn so much working here. It's fast-paced, and the company has managed to create a very strong culture of open-mindedness, and of mutual help which is absolutely great. Besides, all of your colleagues are top-notch, really smart people (albeit quite young), and it's a pleasure to solve business problems together. And all of this is DESPITE having no unique product to tie people together (it is a consulting company, after all)
Cons
If you disagree with top level management you will be shot down. Moreover, as an employee you do feel a little bit exploited by the company (minimal benefits even though you cost the client a lot of money, you do not get to choose where you are being staffed, etc)
