      The people here are very nice.

      Cons

      Management is incompetent. No benefits. Owner would rather buy a vintage car than provide benefits to employees. There's a toxic culture with a revolving door. Employees coming and going frequently. Compensation is below market.

      really nice people to work for for the most part

      Cons

      sales representative is very troublesome- management knows it and allows her behavior. No health insurance. Computer program they use is 20 years old with no updates.
