Pros

I have had a very positive experience working at this company. The work environment is welcoming, supportive, and highly collaborative. The overall atmosphere is healthy and motivating, which makes it a great place to work every day. One of the strongest aspects of the company is the people. The team members are friendly, cooperative, and always willing to help each other. There is a strong sense of mutual respect and teamwork across departments. The CEO is exceptionally kind, approachable, and supportive. They lead by example and never behave in an authoritative or intimidating manner. Instead, they create an open and comfortable environment where everyone feels valued and heard. Overall, this is a great place to work and grow professionally. The company encourages learning, development, and continuous improvement. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive workplace with strong leadership and growth opportunities.

Cons

There are no major drawbacks; however, organizing occasional in-person meetups would be a great addition, as it would allow these wonderful team members to connect and collaborate even more effectively.

Pros

Work From Home I seriously cannot think any other benefit other than this.

Cons

-False Incentive Promises. -No Paid Maternity Leaves. -The Directors don't know how to handle their position. -HR head managing accounts. -No Proper Management structure. -All Team Meets are so long. It is like a school that attendance is mandatory to sing a full birthday song for an employee. -You will have to bring in sales and do callings even on Sundays and If you don't Managers won't spare you. -They want you to work 24/7. No work Life Balance and they feel proud in not giving that. Just forget your personal life and live for this organisation. - No proper communication channel between the teams, Operations is working according. - They will take ages to do a welcome call to the students -Nothing is automated. -If I could I would have given negative ranking to senior management.

Pros

Nothing except being women orienter company

Cons

No hiring strategy in place. Leadership does not know why they are hiring and for which role they need people. Every recruiter is working on 1 or 2 roles only. They hired me and fired me in just 13 days. Reason: You are overqualified and we are doing cost cutting. If you were not aware in which role you want to hire then why did you hire the candidate.
