Pros
Excellent leadership from management and good communication, Management welcomes feedback and works hard to make positive things happen. Clean facility that closes once a year to clean and maintain the building and equipment. Members needs are challenging (in a good way) because they are from so many different backgrounds All required training such as CPR, First Aid and CEU courses are paid for as well as your hours taking the courses.
Cons
low pay, hot sun, but the kids make the whole experience worth it. The things that I took away from this job are priceless.
