Pros

Access for free to the gym.

Cons

My goodness where to start? It's been so long and they are still paying $20 for a 1 hr of class. We , the instructors have to keep up with CEU's , CPR , Zumba fees every month and they have never increased wages, no wonder they are always looking for instructors . If you can charge members , $50 , $70 let alone family packages, why not offering a better wage for the instructors ? There is not benefits , 401k for part-time workers, then why you don't pay at least $30 per class , it's still low , with all the inflation , but at least is better than $20 .
