Pros
none that I can think of.
Cons
The organization participates in nepotism, and this holds back a lot of great people as promotions in pay, hours, duties/responsibilities, rarely ever go to the hard-working individuals. Plus when all roles are posted are contract-based, it means you'll never get ahead in the organization; you are hired to help them...that's it. Roles within the organization are not to help you become more engaged with your community, that's for sure. The hiring is horrible at communication and will expect all candidates to meet her demands while being disrespected by her in any and all ways she enjoys, so don't expect them to actually follow what they post out there about their organization as their actions speak louder than anything written in the documentation.
