      a job and a paycheck... that's about it right now

      Lots of favoritism. People are promoted based on who is in the "in crowd" and without knowledge of doing the job or success at job

      Pros

      It is a great environment. I love the way everyone helps everyone learn and help the communities affected by disasters. They provide wonderful opportunities.

      Cons

      Don’t have as many benefits as I’d like - there is no paid maternity leave as other similar sister companies. They should also hire more bilingual staff.
