Do the work of other team members, and for others not in your team Expected to respond very quickly, told that a task should only take 30 minutes, constant moving of the goalposts where the task given is more based on taste than criteria, Bait and switch method used, attractive job offer but actual job is much less and can even be boring and unfulfilling work that others don’t want to do like admin, If you were to work here you would quickly realise that the place is crap and there is no sick pay given, I took a few days off and emailed HR and was told this was going to be taken from me on my monthly salary so you will be paid less for more work, The culture is very much what the SMT wants, you also will be expected to work from 8am until 5pm constantly and also be expected to be ready at all times on WhatsApp, Teams and Outllook, failure to respond will result in you being called on your personal phone number and asked what the reason was, Just an awful company that is undeserving of the people they hire to work for their company, I should also mention that the work perk has another company called P11 or P11 Football that has the exact same problems, you work for two companies now for only the low salary of one, was given the line, you work from home so no need to be given a higher salary!
