They really do invest in their staff, and have no problem taking on junior or green individuals - they provide you with all the training and support you could need to develop. As they were a pretty small business when I worked there, there was a lot of scope and opportunity for creativity for me, and I never felt micromanaged. It's rare to find a mission driven company that really sticks to their word like The Wheelhouse do. I still regard their Senior Leadership Team as the best I've ever worked for.
