The owner is fair and the work environment is mostly positive, remuneration is pretty good among competitors', and we run the practice like our own most times. If you have to contract with anyone, this is as good as it gets, in my experience.

There's a limit to how many clients you end up getting, as they are constantly hiring and making use of all rooms. Everyone enters hoping that in time, they get more and more clients. Doesn't happen.
