Pros
Very friendly staff. Interesting events and locations. If you're in the rooms, you'll learn things about contemporary investing or money management. Decent paid training. The pay rate was ok, and they cover a lot of incedentals like meals and job-related travel.
Cons
My experience was that they have a large pool of freelancers. I landed a few gigs with them before they stopped responding to me at all. I did have to poke them a few times to get a response when asking about work and then I would get scheduled. But not without me asking. There are some gaps in the live event management. Not a lot of gut checks to make sure you're doing everything right. They train you a month out and expect you to remember everything a month later without refreshing. Not a lot of feedback on if you're doing a good job.
