      The company is cutting back on part time work hours. I have requested to become full time. It may not be available to me at this time.

      great community and great relationships with peers

      Cons

      Company doesn’t place value in its junior employees to create ladders for them to grow within the business. Many entry level employees leave after 2 years or it takes about 3yrs before they even remotely see promotion.
