Pros
I love the work environment, very fun and a joy to come into work everyday. It is interesting to be able to learn so many different things about vitamins, sports nutrition, homeopathic remeidies and so much more; you get it from many aspects from customers and research through information sources the company gives you. Not a bad pay and not bad benefits for management. For the most part the company is pretty good about getting the time off you need when you need it. There is always something to do so you are never really board. The company provides workshops for management to help learn and grow which they are fun and very beneficial. The company itself is one of the top companies to work for, they are actually growing in this time of economy loss. Our end of the year numbers as a whole company where positive in gains as a lot of others came up negative and were cutting positions we are actually adding and growing. So if you are looking for a place to learn, grow, and move up in a company I would recommend getting started here! Also love how the company is trying to work towards going green a good plus for their part.
Cons
I do not like how the part time associates don't get enough credit or pay through the company when they do a lot of work too to keep the company a float. Do not really care for one of the methods of recruiting which consists of going to actual employment places and observe and try to get them to come to our company.
