Can be a little time consuming at first, but with all the support you find it easy quickly. Do not offer consistent work opportunities.

I had great support from my supervisor, who I was sad to learn was let go. Great office to work in. It's nice working with a group of people who like what they do.

Slight disorganisation within upper management, but didn't effect me directly. Lots of mundane tasks though. Only a few opportunities to take ownership of a project you're passionate about. Also, as a nonprofit, the salaries are pretty low.
