It is a small company s you are known by name and you know just about everyone else that you work with which provides an environment that you feel comfortable with to share ideas.

Unlimited PTO comes with a price. Our personal bonuses are all determined based on utilization, if you are not working on client work then you are not building towards your goals and you utilization. This can be a challenge if take time off or if there is a slow quarter with little work.
