Pros
Excellent manager who’s a hard worker and invests in employees. High standards for training and performance but chill social environment with coworkers and management. Never boring—there’s something new every day.
Cons
Pay not great—I worked there for three years and when I left to finish school I was only at $14/hr. I think the overhead is steep for TUPPS franchises and they just can’t pay very much. Customers get offended every time they’re charged for services they expected for free.
