Pros
It is a great place to work if you are an undergrad student, most owners will work with your school schedule. You will learn many things which are very valuable in many industries.
Cons
They are franchises so dont expect good pay. I have worked with different owners and they where all self centered and asked to much from their employees. They expect you to learn and perform many tasks with a pay that was close to minimum wage.
