      Pros

      There are some of the most passionate people working here who truly care about the mission. Benefits and time off not bad

      Cons

      Everything else. literally every single thing except some of the few people. This is a sinking ship with senior management. They are going to run this organization straight into the ground. Take all the reviews left here seriously and run the other way.

      Pros

      The best management and team I ever worked with doing work I appreciated with a focus on a vulnerable population.

      Cons

      Due to their focus being on LGBTQ youth, they are unfortunately at the mercy of trends in both politics and in philanthropy. Several rounds of layoffs happened as fewer people have maintained their conviction to protect queer youth.
