The ED lacks vision, compassion, and probably a soul. It's not true that "people who can't get with a fast-growing company can't make it here." Actually people who are succeeding at growing their department at The Trevor Project are treated poorly, while people who don't achieve at all but are silent about issues that matter, and people with long track records of poor treatment of minorities, women, and people of color are rewarded.
