From the outside, The Sultan Center may appear to be a promising workplace. However, beneath the surface, it conceals a toxic environment that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. The root of this pervasive toxicity? A glaringly incompetent management. Under the so-called "leadership" provided by CEO Khadija Oubala and Nicholas Allan, the COO from France, the company has seen a consistent decline. Their collective approach seems hell-bent on dismantling all that once made this establishment great. Khadija, in particular, is perpetually offline, making her seem elusive and distant, thereby leaving employees in the lurch. Nicholas has thankful been asked to leave due to allegations of misconduct and kickbacks. Their political maneuverings only add fuel to an already tense environment. Moreover, decision-making — an essential trait for any leader — appears to be Khadija's Achilles weakness. This apparent indecisiveness hampers not just progress, but fosters an environment rife with uncertainty and distrust. I genuinely hope that future employees do their due diligence before committing
