      if we performed as a hard worker with loyalty we can continue to until career end, if we act like a smart worker, will get benefits instead.

      Cons

      As per employment contract, yearly Increment & Bonus will not credit in employee's bank account, doesn't matter hard or smart worker

      I work for 4 years at TSC Signture downtown Lebanon. I was one of the lucky persons to have that huge experience in one of the most important stores in the middle east.
