Pros
Self-managing, collaborative, assessments to figure out how to best work with your colleagues. A great jumping point for anyone just entering an office environment.
Cons
Self-managing, feedback needs to be asked for, doesn't really seem like they give anything to you straight (all a bit flowery and eggshell-walking). Communication is one of the pillars but needs a lot of work. Training is short and then items are added very quickly to your plate with no heirarchy of what should be done first.
