2 or 3 of the Managers are clueless . They say things like company policy is 10 min vehicle cbeck when the law says 15 . They give infringements for things that aren't infringements because they dont understand well enough Only decided to give full PPE once an accident happens. Allot of heavy lifting and hard work involved. Keep you till 7 even if you finished at 4 . You'll call a certain manager and tell him a job related issue he will always say what do you expect me to do. A very rushed culture with the amount of jobs they give it makes strains and accidents more likely because you are rushing to get back and complete jobs .
