Pros

Work from anywhere was the only benefit

Cons

Please run for your lives. This is a red flag company that adjusts your targets all the time. 1. No bonus. When some teams have to work double or triple the hours due to high turnover and slow (or no) hiring, just to find out that there’s no bonus. How do you expect employees to stay motivated? Pretty sure most of the budget for bonuses are given to the “upper management” who are also obvious reasons why people are leaving. 2. Most new management hires also have 0 knowledge of TSL’s content, much less the culture here. Training is barely given, and everyone ends up telling clients ridiculous ideas, leaving other departments to clean up their mess. Everyone used to be so collaborative, but now it’s every department for themselves. Probation can also be passed even if there are no results shown. 3. Not relevant to my department but I know that they often change contractual terms (i.e commissions, notice periods) without even informing beforehand. 4. Career progression is almost non existent. Have seen so many colleagues work more than 3 years, yet no promotion at all. Increment is also low. Don’t want to comment much on the kol agency that they acquired as well…

Pros

The people are generally friendly and easy to work with. There are good opportunities to learn, especially if you are willing to take initiative and try different things. The work environment feels quite young and dynamic, and there are occasional company activities that make it more enjoyable.

Cons

Workload can get quite heavy during busy periods especially towards the end of the year, and sometimes the scope of work may go beyond what was originally expected. Processes can also be clearer, especially when multiple teams are involved.

Pros

Tons of team bonding, office snacks and if you want to implement a new library or tool that improves the workflow, the lead is usually all for it.

Cons

The pay is okay, but it really needs a bump if they want to stop people from jumping ship to companies with better packages.
