Pros

-I had a pretty good work/life balance while working here, most of the time. We were allowed to work from home two days per week, which was nice. I didn't usually have to work overtime. -Every quarter we went on a "team retreat," doing something fun offsite for the day.

Cons

-The pay is very low. -Little to no upward mobility or career advancement opportunities. -Benefits did not include dental or vision insurance. -Management is very religious, and they make it known. Employee participation in group prayer is heavily encouraged at team outings/lunches. The environment is one in which non-Christians do not feel welcome. -Anti-LGBT+ comments were made by management on more than one occasion.

Pros

fun way to work around the city and travel some

Cons

low pay considering level of skill and professionalism needed to do the job. if your good enough for them to hire then you should just freelance and do this work on your own you'd get paid way more. owner was gone a lot on vacation

Pros

Very very nice people working here

Cons

Low pay. It's per project rather than per day. Whichever way you do the math, it's way below market rates. Long wait time between notes with no effort to rotate other work your way -- in other words, they're not paying you for your time really, and expect you to wait for free.
