      Pros

      The pay can be good

      Cons

      The commute to the few clients the firm has can be long. The hours will be long (expect 50, but it can be worse). The firm turn over is incredibly high (think 35-40% a year). Management is incompetent, and you will lose professional development. This is not a CPA firm, it is a temp agency, that prepares a few tax returns. Do not join the company, find something else.

      Pros

      Takes away the pain points of big 4 accounting. Lots of pay incentives. Small company so your experience matters.

      Cons

      Bench time that can count against you for reasons outside of your control. Having to interview every time you are up for a client.

      They pay extremely well, so that’s great.

      Cult like culture, homework, conferences with useless right-wing talking points on Saturdays, crazy clients.
