Pay is what is expected of a non-profit, but they do give raises and bonuses.

Pros
Remote during the pandemic but that shifted in 2023 when home visits became required in person..Insurance is free but they have said it might not stay free due to rising costs.
Cons
Low pay for the work load. Old ceo cared about her employees as much as the business and the current does not seem to advocate for his employees.
