      Pros

      Not my first SaaS company. This place is run pretty tight: they know the markets they're targeting, and what needs to be done to penetrate them. They're organized and together. The data you need to succeed is here.

      Cons

      Not for the weak of heart/brains. Have your stuff together. Expectations are high (and should be)

      Pros

      I'm afraid there is nothing positive to mention, aside from some great colleagues of course.

      Cons

      Nothing was working good in the company. Huge egos and completely unsuitable people in managerial positions. I was getting an illegally low salary for Germany.
