Pros
They provide leads for the sales people and try to group the calls geographically. They are not always successful, but they try. You have flexibilty to discount the fees, within reason. The consultants performing the actual reviews seem to be very competent.
Cons
The Salt Group promotes selling without regard to business ethics, in that you are encouraged to get a signed agreement without having the prospect fully read and understand the entire contract. Interaction with management is minimal, which depending on how you like to work could be interpreted as either a plus or a minus.
