Pros
Ridge has amazing leadership and incredible opportunity to learn, grow, and move up from within. I've see a lot of hard working people be rewarded at this both in title and salary.
The benefits are really good. They're generous in they're retirement and health insurance matching. They take the company on incredible retreats. The entire 4 years I worked at Ridge, I feat valued and respected.
Cons
They are quick to hire and quick to fire. The bottom line on the balance sheets will always come first but you can say that about pretty much and business ever.
